The CS-MI-PL type magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is a high-precision displacement measurement sensor developed using the magnetostrictive principle. This gauge can simultaneously measure the liquid level, interface, and temperature of a liquid storage tank. It offers high measurement accuracy, stability, reliability, a long lifespan, a compact design, and strong environmental adaptability. The installation at the top of the oil tank eliminates the need for tank cleaning, making it safe, convenient, and quick. It is widely used in the monitoring and measurement of liquid levels in tanks, pools, and troughs in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food.

Functional Characteristics
A, cost-effective: the signal is directly digitized by the probe, and the digital signal can be directly connected to the computer, and can automatically check and judge errors, which is convenient for maintenance and operation.

Strong anti-interference: the whole digital module design eliminates the disadvantages of poor interference, short transmission distance and high comprehensive cost of analog circuit, and carries out electromagnetic compatibility design and test such as anti-static, anti-high frequency pulse and anti-surge current, which improves the reliability of the product and the maximum transmission distance is 1200m.
C, high performance; magnetostrictive principle, using ±0.033mm grating scale full range calibration, oil level and oil-water interface accuracy ±0.5mm. Main components are industrial grade IC from internationally renowned manufacturers.
D, more safe: the product has passed the national and EU explosion-proof certification, reaching the intrinsically safe explosion-proof standard; it adopts the internationally common lightning protection circuit design.
